Q: How long does it take to get my order?

A: Our orders ship worldwide, so depending on where you live can take from 7-16 days.

Q: How do I place an order with GOOD CNT?

A: Browse our products and place items into your basket. You can then proceed to checkout where you can put in your payment details.

Q: What happens once I have placed my order?

A: Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed.

Q: Can I cancel or amend an order?

A: Please contact us immediately at contact@goodcxnt.com. If the item has not been shipped, we will do our best to assist you.

Q: I’m having problems placing my order – can you help?

Q: How much do you charge for delivery?

A: Our shipping rates are based on the products weight and the delivery address.

Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: GOOD C★NT accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro. We also accept secure payments via PayPal.

Q: When will I receive my package?

A: Items are typically shipped within 7 days of order confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days for UK deliveries and 5-10 days for International.

Q: Can I return an item?

A: if you are not 100% happy with your experience, we have a 60-day return policy and will accept returns for an exchange of size, colour or for a refund. Items must be returned as new, in the original packaging.

Q: Do I have to pay customs / import charges?

A: No charges are payable on orders delivered to addresses within the EU. Goods shipped outside of the EU may be taxed at standard rates.

Q: What if I receive my order but the product is damaged?

A: If your item is damaged in transit, please contact contact@goodcxnt.com immediately.

Q: What if I receive the wrong item?

A: Although unlikely, if you do receive an incorrect item, please contact contact@goodcxnt.com  and include your order number and email address.
